I find myself back here again, feeling obligated to post on this blog. While I was attempting to write an end of the year blog i realized it was difficult for me to recollect many events and memories from 2010. Maybe 2011 I’ll attempt to blog more, hopefully this doesn’t fail with many other resolutions i’ve “made” in the past and just fall apart after a month of “trying”

2011, I feel like should be a clean slate for me, a time for me try new things to focus on me. I will attempt to do so, not to say I won’t take into account those around me, but I will spend more effort attempting to focus on myself and my own development and growth.

I rang in the new year by attending Epic New Year Eve, my first rave. I really enjoyed it, good company, good music and a great state of mind. I was also fortunate to have random run ins with long lost friends, those moments are the best!

I was able to wake up the next morning for BBQ and Flag Football, had a blast grilling for friends and getting myself active!

Would have to say that I am really happy with the way my new year is starting off.

Hi 2010,

Looks like you are going to expire soon, it’s going to be bittersweet to see you go. On one hand you were a big one for me, a lot of things happened with you that I felt defined and shaped me as a person. On the other hand, some of things I want to forget as fast as I can and I want to create new memories with your little brother.

I had a lot of high expectations for you, going back to 2006 I knew that you were going to a big year. I was suppose to graduate college with you, class of 2010. And I did, how about that… graduated on track and looking back at 2006 Zixicv vs 2010 Zixiciv it seems that we are quite different. 2006 Zixiciv was full of dreams of being a that star film maker, working in Hollywood .. but none of that came true did it? College… it was one hell of a ride besides all the dedicated academia (laugh) the most memorable, albeit hazy, 4 years of my life.

I don’t really want to reminiscence about the time we had together, because im sure you have a better understanding of those memories than I do. Hold on to those for me, ill probably try to visit them again but need some sort of memory boost.

And of course that … subject. Lets try to forget lets try to erase , but you can’t right? I mean apparently everybody kept telling me “it takes time” or “time heals all wounds” “you need more time” time time time. So i come asking you, seeing that you… are essentially time, how much time. Let me know, before you go away and just become a page in my calender.

Thanks again, and I hope your brother has some big plans for me.
